Hello Southern students, parents, and families!

 

     I am Miss Andrea Wiseman, your elementary school counselor, and I am very excited and proud to be a member of the Southern family! As a school counselor, I perform many specific roles in order to promote positive development in academic, career, and social/emotional domains to ALL students in order to meet their needs and the needs of the school. This involves working with students, staff, parents/families, and members of the community to ensure an effective, comprehensive approach to overall student success. A few facts about Miss Wiseman:

Born, raised, and currently living in Gallipolis, Ohio

Loves to organize, be artistic, read, sing/listen to music, and bake (also great, healthy ways to destress !)

My family means the world to me (as well as big cuddles from my niece!)

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is getting to greet as many students as possible each day (a GREAT way to begin the morning!)
